Cybersecurity techniques taught through CyberCoreSchool must only be used in environments where the user owns the system, has explicit authorization to test it, or is participating in a lawful training, lab, capture-the-flag or security-research environment.

Users are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate permission before conducting security testing against any third-party system, network, account, application or infrastructure.

CyberCoreSchool training must not be used to:

• Gain unauthorized access to systems, networks or accounts

• Steal credentials, personal information, financial data or confidential information

• Deploy malware or malicious code without authorization

• Intentionally disrupt, damage or degrade systems or services

• Conduct unauthorized surveillance or interception

• Commit fraud, theft, extortion or other unlawful activity

• Bypass access controls for unauthorized purposes

• Attack third-party infrastructure without explicit permission

• Violate applicable law or contractual obligations

Practical cybersecurity exercises are intended to be performed in authorized lab environments, training systems, capture-the-flag challenges, personally owned systems or environments where explicit permission has been granted.

Course content covering vulnerabilities, exploitation techniques, reverse engineering, malware analysis, penetration testing or offensive-security methodology is provided for educational and defensive purposes within these controlled contexts.

CyberCoreSchool training is intended to support areas including:

• Cybersecurity education and professional development

• Penetration testing and vulnerability assessment

• Security engineering and architecture

• SOC and defensive security operations

• Malware analysis and reverse engineering

• Secure software development

Users remain responsible for how they apply the knowledge and techniques learned through CyberCoreSchool.

Access to educational material does not grant permission to test, access or interfere with systems belonging to another person or organization.

CyberCoreSchool may suspend or terminate access where there is credible evidence of misuse, investigate reports of platform abuse, restrict access where required to protect the platform, users or third parties, and cooperate with lawful requests where legally required.
