CyberCoreSchool provides access to digital cybersecurity, technology and professional training materials under applicable commercial content arrangements and usage rights. This page explains the rights granted to customers when purchasing access to learning material through CyberCoreSchool and the restrictions that apply to the use, sharing and redistribution of that content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise on the relevant course or product page, digital learning products purchased through CyberCoreSchool are provided for the customer's personal educational use or internal professional and business development purposes.

Customers may use the knowledge and skills gained through CyberCoreSchool for their own lawful personal, professional or business purposes, subject to the Terms of Service, Responsible Use Policy and applicable law.

Purchasing access to a course or digital product provides a licence to access and use the learning material within the scope described by CyberCoreSchool. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the customer.

Unless expressly permitted in writing, customers may not:

• Resell course material

• Redistribute course videos or learning resources

• Sublicense purchased content

• Share purchased course files with third parties

• Provide account access to unrelated third parties

• Copy or reproduce the material for commercial distribution

• Publicly republish course content

• Sell or grant resale rights to CyberCoreSchool content

• Remove or alter copyright, attribution or rights notices where applicable

These restrictions apply regardless of whether the sharing or redistribution is performed commercially or without charge.

CyberCoreSchool sources its digital learning content through commercial arrangements with content suppliers, educators, training providers and other authorised content sources. CyberCoreSchool maintains the applicable distribution, usage and commercial rights required for the learning products made available through the platform in accordance with the relevant supplier licences, agreements and permissions.

Courses may reference third-party technologies, software products, certification programmes, trademarks or organisations where those references are necessary to identify the subject matter covered by the training.

References to third-party names such as technology vendors, software products or certification programmes do not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership or affiliation with CyberCoreSchool unless expressly stated.

All third-party trademarks and names remain the property of their respective owners.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of CyberCoreSchool course material complies with these Licensing & Rights terms, the Terms of Service, the Responsible Use Policy and applicable law.

Access to a course does not grant the customer the right to reproduce or commercially distribute the course itself.

CyberCoreSchool may restrict, suspend or terminate access where there is reasonable evidence that course material is being unlawfully copied, redistributed, resold, sublicensed or otherwise used outside the scope of the applicable licence.
