Course availability is subject to the applicable ownership and distribution rights associated with each learning resource.

And the commercial model is deliberately old-fashioned: pay once, own it for life. No subscription ticking in the background, no access evaporating when a card expires, no "renting" your own education. When a course is revised, owners get the update free.
